Tailify is seeking to employ an Influencer Marketing Strategist to its office in London.

We are looking for a strategist with 1-3 years of experience, who can support our clients with influencer-first strategic solutions to reach their business objectives.

A day in the life of a Strategist at Tailify 🚀

As a part of the strategy team, you will have a very central role within the company. Ultimately you will have a chance to have a real impact on the influencer marketing industry. In order to do so, you will need to have a great understanding of the social and influencer landscapes as well as be able to wear multiple hats.

The strategic hat... 🔍

You will need to be very analytical and have a clear understanding of how an influencer campaign can help a client reach their business objectives. You should have an interest in understanding what makes people tick and what it takes for a campaign message to influence consumers' decisions.

What does this mean for your day-to-day?

- Adopting a curious, analytical and logical mindset to everything you do

- Researching and staying on top of current consumer behaviour trends

- Researching and staying on top of social media industry trends

- Researching and having an interest in basic psychology and decision-making processes

- Creating campaigns with purpose (not out of thin air!), which can deliver success to clients

The creative hat... 🎨

Get ready to brainstorm! As part of the strategy team, you will be expected to turn your research and insights into creative ideas. You will need to think outside the box and be ready to disrupt the social space with influencers.

What does this mean for your day-to-day?

- Joining creative brainstorming sessions with the rest of the strategy team and putting your best ideas forward

- Having an eye for graphic design and knowing your way around keynote

- Being visual by building mood-boards and content mock-ups to make your ideas pop and come to life

The commercial hat... 💰

Even if you know that your strategy is the best out there, clients still need to buy into it. Being able to pitch and present your ideas is a critical part of this role.

What does this mean for your day-to-day?

- Regularly joining pitches and being confident with client interactions

- Being a credible storyteller with great presentation skills

- Give a lot of attention to details and have impeccable writing and speaking skills

The operational hat...

Ideas need to work and deliver on clients' objectives. You will need to think about how your ideas are going to be executed and by who. You will need to think about how you will measure success.

What does this mean for your day-to-day?

- Being able to perfectly match creatives ideas and brand profiles to influencers

- Having a great understanding of current social platforms and formats

- Looking into past campaign data to understand how previous activations have performed
