The Executive Forum & Dinner at The Swedish Ambassador's Residence is one of the Chamber's most exclusive events series, dating back to the 1990s. The purpose of the Forum is to gather senior business leaders from within the network to create new bonds and synergies.

Baroness Poppy Gustafsson CBE, Minister for Investment
Appointed Minister of State (Minister for Investment) jointly in the Department for Business and Trade and HM Treasury on 10 October 2024. Prior to entering government, Baroness Gustafsson was part of the team who founded Darktrace in 2013 and brought its AI-powered cybersecurity solutions to market. Under her leadership, Darktrace experienced significant growth and global expansion leading to the company being listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2021, before being sold for over £4bn.

H.E. Stefan Gullgren, Embassy of Sweden
Stefan Gullgren became the Ambassador of Sweden to the UK in August 2023 having most recently served in Warsaw as Sweden’s Ambassador to Poland. Previously, Stefan has served as Sweden’s Ambassador in Kyiv, held various positions at Sweden’s embassy in Moscow as well as different roles within the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm.

Mats Persson

Mats Persson
Senior Partner, EY Parthenon and he was Special Advisor to the UK Prime Minister in 2015-16, based in 10 Downing Street, and a senior member of the PM’s EU negotiation team. Mats was the Chief of Staff to the former Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sajid Javid, 2019-2020, leading on economic, fiscal and trade policy. In 2017, Mats chronicled his experience from British and international politics, and from being a Swedish native working in Downing Street, in P1 Sommar – the flagship Swedish radio programme.
