Nordic Chambers Young Professionals: Work-Life Balance

Nordic Chambers Young Professionals: Work-Life Balance

3 April, 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Danske Bank, 75 King William St, London EC4N 7DT

In today’s fast-paced business world, achieving work-life balance is more than just a personal ambition—it’s a necessity for long-term success. As workplace trends shift, with remote work, flexible schedules, and well-being initiatives becoming key priorities, young professionals must adapt to find sustainable ways of working. But how do you strike that balance in an environment that values high performance and ambition?

About the event

In collaboration with the Nordic Chambers, this event brings together professionals from across industries to explore the realities of work-life balance in one of Europe’s leading business hubs. Drawing on the insights of business leaders and research —including Harvard Business Review’s perspective that “work-life balance is a cycle, not an achievement” (Ioana Lupu & Mayra Ruiz Castro)—the discussion will challenge traditional views on success, productivity, and personal well-being.

The evening will begin with a panel discussion and Q&A session, followed by an interactive networking exercise and open networking over drinks. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on how to navigate evolving workplace expectations while building fulfilling careers.
