19 March, 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Deutsche Bank AG, 21 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9DB

The Nordic region presents a dynamic landscape for mergers and acquisitions, shaped by strong economic fundamentals, innovation-driven industries, and increasing cross-border dealmaking. In an era of shifting market conditions and evolving investment strategies, staying ahead requires insight, adaptability, and the right network. At our Nordic M&A Forum 2025, we gather key stakeholders from across the industry - including global corporations, fund managers, and advisory firms, from both the City and the Nordics.

About the Forum

How can businesses, investors, and advisors navigate the complexities of today’s M&A market while unlocking new opportunities? As capital markets fluctuate, regulatory landscapes evolve, and sector-specific transformations accelerate, strategic dealmaking becomes more critical than ever. Success lies in understanding the forces shaping the Nordic M&A ecosystem and forging the partnerships that drive long-term value.

The annual Nordic M&A Forum is where these conversations happen. Gain exclusive insights from leading industry experts, explore emerging trends in cross-border transactions, and connect with the key players shaping the future of Nordic M&A. Whether you’re a corporate leader, fund manager, or advisor, this is your opportunity to sharpen your strategy, identify potential deals, and engage in discussions that will define the next era of Nordic dealmaking.
