Business Breakfast on Retail and the Customer Journey

Business Breakfast on Retail and the Customer Journey

4 June, 8:00am - 10:00am

H&M, UK House, 164-182 Oxford Street, London W1D 1NN

A changing market landscape in the retail sector has sparked a need for brands to create new, innovative ways to ensure they stay relevant and continue to thrive. How do retail brands face these challenges? And how do they adapt to these changes to ensure consistent consumer loyalty?

Join us on 4 June for a Business Breakfast on the future market within the retail sector, with a particular focus on the customer journey. This discussion will be an interactive session with our expert panel, showcasing pioneering ideas and solutions. From the exceptional impact of the Covid pandemic - pivoting consumers to digital channels - to the recent renaissance in the desire for more physical based shopping experiences.
