Bespoke delegation visits and roundtables

Are you looking to connect with UK peers within your industry, or planning an inspirational trip for your colleagues or clients? The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK plans and executes bespoke delegation visits to the UK, as well as tailored and more intimate roundtables – all according to your needs.

Delegation visits

Typically, the programme includes a series of tailored industry visits spanning over two days, with 3-4 company visits per day. Previous programmes have included visits with the Houses of Parliament, London & Partners, and British Equity & Venture Association (BVCA), as well as leading businesses in various industries.

The Chamber assists with all programme management, including content and speakers, logistics, presentations, and communication with participants of your delegation. Upon request, we will also assist with scheduling and booking venues for lunch and dinners during your visit.

Roundtables

A roundtable dinner, lunch, or breakfast is the ideal way to connect with senior representatives from your industry. The intimate setting allows forging new business relationships whilst discussing the current and future challenges and opportunities in your industry.

In close cooperation with you, we outline the agenda and identify the right business partners to invite to the conversation. The Chamber assist with all event management, from venue bookings and invitations, to welcoming you and your guests at the roundtable.
